Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
By using MCAT Mistakes, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What this is
MCAT Mistakes is a free, independent study tool for logging questions you got wrong, classifying your mistakes, and retesting yourself later. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the AAMC, the MCAT exam, or any test-prep company. It is a supplementary study aid, not a substitute for a full prep course, official AAMC materials, or professional academic advice.
No guarantees
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Using it does not guarantee any particular MCAT score, outcome, or improvement. You're responsible for how you use it as part of your own study plan.
Your data is your responsibility
As explained in the Privacy Policy, everything you save lives in your browser's local storage — there is no server-side backup in the current version. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers or devices, or your browser evicts stored data, your saved questions and screenshots can be lost permanently. Back up anything important yourself.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app in any way that disrupts its normal operation or attempts to gain unauthorized access to it.
- Upload or paste content you don't have the right to use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided without liability for any loss of data, study time, or other damages arising from your use of it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
